2015 Erasmus+ international K107
Strengthened by their mutual knowledge and stimulated by their previous work, the two institutions have continued their cooperation in the development of learning the French language, the promotion of public health, the development of the person through Physical Education and Sports.
In response to the following problems:
- the limited mastery of the language hinders the social and professional development of UH1 students;
- the limited place given to physical education in the education field in Morocco as well as in other fields of Moroccan society; in Belgium, the required opening of the fields of Physical Education to a citizenship dimension;
- health problems;
- the need to create a Master’s degree in industrial engineering.
Also the assigned objectives are :
- in the French language: the reinforcement of the French skills by continuous teacher training and the creation of pedagogical tools ;
- in Physical and Sports Education (PSE): the refinement of the training curriculum for physical and sports education professionals as well as the infrastructure plan adapted to Morocco; an enrichment of the teaching practices in the training of future teachers in physical and sports education with a view to
"Education through movement" and citizenship (both in Belgium and Morocco). - in Public Health sciences: to build a professional identity of health professions, perpetuate and diversify common actions.
- in Technical field: to contribute to the development of the Master's degree programme in Aeronautical Engineering by sharing experiences and practices.
The profile of participants, their activities and results until July 2019 are in: - the French language: 2 STT MA-BE (a coordinating teacher and an IT manager) to: - consolidate the implications of French didactics - design teaching devices for French teachers of UHI (characterized by large groups) , integrating new technologies and methods - think about the possibilities of diffusion and generalization of the model of the courses
and the educational resources - to envisage the perspectives (conference in Morocco) - Physical Education and Sports: 2 STA BE MA, 1 STT BE MA (teachers and Director of Pedagogical and Social Departments of Malonne) and 3 STT MA - BE (teachers and coordinator) to: - set up a group of teachers to exchange
practices in the field of the EPS, from a civic perspective of education through movement and interculturality - to suggest new contents and methods, to develop collaborative modules involving UHI / Hénallux teachers and students, to integrate ICT into the partnership in order to improve follow-up of trainings and works - develop concrete joint projects (Moroccan Sport Week, Ultimate-Frisbee Module ...) in a perspective of enrichment of the trainers of teachers, professionals (and future professionals) of the Physical Education and Sports in Morocco in Belgium. - Health Sciences: 2 STA BE-MA (international relations coordinator of the paramedical department and responsible for professional integration activities) and 1 STT BE-MA (midwifery teacher responsible for outgoing students) to:
- Exchange expertise in the field of maternal and child health, community health- to accompany groups of BE and MA students. 3 STA MA-BE (teacher responsible for simulation, responsible nursing education, head of I3S) to: -Exchange expertise in health simulation -Prepare student mobility for the next 2 years.
- Technical field: 10 STT for MA-BE (teachers) and 8 STT for BE-MA (teachers) to: - Compare course-contents, teaching practices- articulation between modules; - Exchange teaching tools between teachers of both institutions (collaborative platform, e-learning, software, ...); - Identify the training complements to be provided to the UH1 to set up
the Master's degree in Engineering; - Provide seminars to Henallux / UH1 students. - Participate in course modules.
